Note on Terms and Conditions:
- The post is non-transferable.
- The initial six (06) month period is a “Probation Period”.
- The final salary package (Rs. 75,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/- per month) will be determined during the interview.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
- No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
Key Requirements & Eligibility:
- Gender: Female only.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 40 and 55 years of age.
- Education:
- Required: Ph.D./M.Phil/MS in Education/School Administration/Educational Leadership (preferably), OR any other subject, from an HEC recognized institute with 1st Div/2.5 CGPA/60% in the highest degree.
- Preferred: B.Ed./M.Ed. (Preferably).
- Experience: At least 8-10 years of administrative experience with renowned Matric/Inter Schools or colleges, having over 800 students.
Salary and Terms:
- Salary Package: Rs. 75,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/- per month. The final salary will be decided at the time of the interview based on the experience and qualification of the candidate, as per Education Policy of HQ ML&C.
- Nature of Job: The post is non-transferable. The recruitment will be on a contract basis and remain as such.
- Probation: There will be an initial six (06) month “Probation Period”. After completion, a confirmatory interview by CSC will precede the award of a formal contract. The initial contract will be for three (03) years, extendable annually, subject to evaluation criteria.
