Who is eligible for Kafalat Program

• Only women who are very poor and needy and have no income source are eligible for the 8171 Ehsaas Program.
• Persons who are government servants or women whose husbands are government servants or have their own vehicles or they can travel out of the country are not eligible for the Ehsaas Kafalat program.

• Send an SMS to 8171 from any mobile network in Pakistan. The SMS should include your CNIC number (without dashes or spaces), for example, write "B-form number 1234567891234".

• You will receive a response SMS that will inform you whether you are eligible for the program or not. If you are eligible, the SMS will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your application.

• If you are eligible, you will be required to visit the designated Ehsaas Kafalat registration center in your area along with your CNIC and other required documents. The registration center will assist you in filling out the application form and will guide you through the entire process.

• After completing the application process, you will receive an Ehsaas Kafalat card, which will be used to receive monthly cash transfers in a bank and you will be able to cash through ATMs.

How to get Ehsaas Kafalat Program Money From 8171 Ehsaas Program

The government pays the Kafalat program money in a digital way. 

• Users can get their Ehsaas money from the nearest Ehsaas Centers, Ehsaas partner bank shops, or their bank branches with the use of Biometric on ATM machines.
• Punjab, Sindh, and Baluchistan pay the Ehsaas Program money through Habib Bank, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan and AJK use the Bank Alfalah for Ehsaas money.
