IB Physical Test Preparation

If you have applied for the other security forces jobs then you have faced the physical tests. We hope the physical test for IB will be the same.

1. Here your height will be measured and the eligible height should be 5 feet and 7 inches. If you are from Sindh, Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan, AJK, or Tribal Districts your height should be 5 feet and 5 inches.
2. Height for Females will be 5 feet and 2 inches.
3. The chest will be measured and the eligible chest size should be for males 32 inches to 33.5 inches.
4. Running test; 1.6 KM in 08 minutes for open merit and 1.6 KM in 09 minutes for Sindh, Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan, AJK, or Tribal Districts.
5. For females 1.6 KM in 10 minutes.
