Job Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work under stress and in different time zones.
• Maximum Age:
  • Cabin Crew Trainees: Up to 25 years (including all age relaxations).
  • Experienced Cabin Crew: Up to 30 years (including all age relaxations) with a valid Cabin Crew Competency Certificate issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.
• Appearance: Good appearance, elegant, smart, and well-groomed.
• Height Requirements:
  • Flight Steward: Minimum height 5 feet 6 inches.
  • Air Hostess: Minimum height 5 feet 2 inches.
• Weight: Proportionate to height as per BMI standards.
• Marital Status: Unmarried (for female candidates only).
• Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken English/Urdu. Additional regional/foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
• Health: Perfect eyesight; use of contact lenses may be allowed subject to PIA Medical Board approval.
• Salary & Benefits: Market-based salary with additional benefits and career growth opportunities.
• Number of Vacancies: 40
• Terms of Contract: Two (02) years extendable based on performance.
