Job Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work under stress and in different time zones.
- Maximum Age:
- Cabin Crew Trainees: Up to 25 years (including all age relaxations).
- Experienced Cabin Crew: Up to 30 years (including all age relaxations) with a valid Cabin Crew Competency Certificate issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.
- Appearance: Good appearance, elegant, smart, and well-groomed.
- Height Requirements:
- Flight Steward: Minimum height 5 feet 6 inches.
- Air Hostess: Minimum height 5 feet 2 inches.
- Weight: Proportionate to height as per BMI standards.
- Marital Status: Unmarried (for female candidates only).
- Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken English/Urdu. Additional regional/foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
- Health: Perfect eyesight; use of contact lenses may be allowed subject to PIA Medical Board approval.
- Salary & Benefits: Market-based salary with additional benefits and career growth opportunities.

- Terms of Contract: Two (02) years extendable based on performance.
