The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of Chief (Information Technology & Systems) (CITS). This is a senior-level role responsible for leading MEPCO’s IT department and driving the company’s technological strategy. The CITS will oversee all IT affairs, develop IT policies and protocols, and ensure that the IT infrastructure supports the company’s business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing large-scale IT projects.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of MEPCO.
Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
Managing all IT personnel and overseeing the IT department’s operations.
Developing and maintaining IT policies, protocols, and standards.
Ensuring the security and reliability of MEPCO’s IT infrastructure.
Leading digital transformation initiatives.
Managing ERP systems, particularly for HR and financial management.

Qualifications and Experience:
18-year degree in IT, information systems, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years at a senior level.
Experience in large-scale customer billing and digital transformation.
Knowledge of ERP systems and data management.
