Key Requirements:
- Qualification: An MBA/MPA/Master’s degree in HR or an equivalent from an HEC-recognized university or reputable foreign university.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing HR functions, including at least 5 years in a Head of HR / leading role in a large and reputable organization.
- Age Limit: Maximum age of 50 years.
- Appointment Terms: The appointment will be on a contract basis for a period of two years, extendable with mutual consent, offering a market-based remuneration package.
- Statutory Compliance: The incumbent must fulfil the requirement of “Fit and Proper Criteria” under Schedule IV of the SOEs Act.
