- A screening test will be conducted by the Education Testing Council (ETC) of the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad.
- Applicants for Computer Engineering and Veterinary disciplines must provide an attested copy of their valid PEC/PVMC registration certificate, respectively.
- Candidates already employed (especially in government/semi-government roles) must apply through the proper administrative channel.
- Applicable quotas will be observed as per policy.
- Age relaxation is permissible according to Government rules.
- No travel allowance or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for attending the test or interview.
- The University reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process, posts, or the advertisement itself without assigning any reason.
- The decision of the University in the selection process shall be final and binding.
