Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audit, external audit, financial audit, compliance, and risk management functions.

• Manage Geographic Information Systems (GIS), data science systems, and IT infrastructure.

• Handle project planning, project development, feasibility studies, consultancy, and infrastructure development.

• Oversee civil construction, project estimation, contracting, and public-sector engineering projects.

• Monitor operations and performance across waste management systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CA, ACCA, ACMA, or 16 years of education in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Data Science, GIS, Computer Science, IT, Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering from an HEC recognized university or institution.

• Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for engineering positions.

• Relevant professional experience ranging from 3 to 7 years in respective fields.
