Key Responsibilities
-
Provide leadership and administrative oversight for the respective medical department.

Manage academic and clinical activities to ensure high standards of medical education.

Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the MTI Regulations.

Clinical Chairpersons must participate in Institution Based Private Practice (IBPP) within the hospital premises.
Required Qualifications & Skills
-
MBBS / BDS (for Dental Sciences) or equivalent degree recognized by PMDC.
-
Higher qualification such as FCPS, FRCS, MS, MD, or PhD in the concerned specialty.

Level III qualification in the concerned specialty with a valid PMDC registration.

Must be eligible in all respects regarding post-qualification experience as per PMDC/regulatory rules.

Age Limit: 57 years.
