P4A is currently looking for highly qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to fill various senior-level and specialist positions. These appointments are offered on a purely contract basis in accordance with the HR Regulations of the Authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing a centralized hub and strategic arm for promoting Public Private Partnerships in Punjab.

• Managing and overseeing large-scale projects across various provincial sectors including health, transport, energy, and education.

• Providing legal, financial, and technical expertise for the development of PPP projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Law (Barrister at Law/LLB), Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Civil/Transportation/Architectural Engineering.

• Professional Certifications: CFA, CA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA, or CPA for relevant financial positions.

• Experience: 10 to 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in large-scale projects within public or private sector organizations.

• PPP Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with specific experience in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs).
