Required Qualifications & Skills

• Principal: M.Phil/Master’s in Education (M.Ed) or Master’s in core subjects (English/Sciences/Math/Humanities).

• Principal Experience: 15+ years in the education sector, including minimum 5 years of proven leadership as a Principal.

• Vice Principal: Master’s in Education (M.Ed) or Master’s in a relevant subject.

• Vice Principal Experience: 10-12 years in education with 2+ years leadership experience as a Vice Principal.

• Skills: Cambridge O Level expertise, hands-on experience in Cambridge schools, and strong command of Matric curriculum planning.
