Required Qualifications & Skills

• Statistical Assistant: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Data Science / Statistics / Economics at least 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA from a HEC recognized University.

• Stenographer: Bachelor Degree at least in 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA from HEC recognized University. Six (06) months certificate in Shorthand and English typing from an institute recognized by SBTE. Speed of 120 wpm in shorthand & 35 wpm in English typing on computer. Certificate in MS office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education.

• Jr. Clerk Cum-Typist / Junior Clerk: Graduation in 2nd Division from any University recognized by Higher Education Commission. Six (06) months certificate course in MS office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board.

• Key Punch Verification Operator: Matriculation at least in 2nd Division from a recognized Board.

• Enumerator: Matriculation from a recognized Board.

• Statistical Computer: Matriculation from a recognized Board.

Notes / Terms & Conditions

• Applicants must possess a domicile of the Province of Sindh.

• Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of respective categories, with at least 40% marks, conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) and possess its certificate.

• Age of the applicants shall be calculated from the closing date of submission of applications.

• A general upper age relaxation limit of five (05) years is provided as per Government of Sindh notification.

• Share of quota reserved for the initial appointment shall be adhered to as per law/rules/policy of the Government of Sindh.

• Applicants who are already in Government Service should get NOC from their Departments prior to submission of application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of interview.

• The applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
