Note on Terms and Conditions:

• Tenure: The appointment is for a two (02) year period, extendable based on the incumbent’s performance and project requirements.
• SPPRA/PPRA: The candidate must have experience with the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2004.
• Remuneration: The salary package will be equivalent to BPS-20, along with perks and privileges, as admissible to a Government of Sindh servant.
• No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.

Key Eligibility Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in relevant fields such as Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Computer Systems Engineering, Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration (MBA/MPA/Equivalent).
• Experience:
  • General: At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in high-tech projects, including the development, operation, or management of large-scale IT, communication, or security systems.
  • Specific: At least 2 years of experience at a senior management level (BPS-19 or equivalent).
  • Defense/Law Enforcement: Experience in defense or law enforcement agencies will be preferred.
• Age Limit: Maximum age is 55 years (including all age relaxations).
• Skills: Excellent communication, human resource, financial management, procurement, and knowledge of relevant rules (SPPRA, PPRA) are required.

The initial tenure will be a two-year contract, extendable upon satisfactory performance.
