A Public Sector Organization has invited applications from eligible male and female candidates for various posts on a purely contract basis. The recruitment is for a period of three (3) years, which is extendable based on satisfactory performance and approval of the Competent Authority. The organization is seeking to fill positions ranging from senior engineering and management roles to technical and support staff.

The hiring process aims to recruit qualified individuals for roles such as Director Transport Planning, Traffic Engineering, Assistant Directors, and support staff including Drivers and Office Secretaries. Selected candidates will be placed on probation for six months. These positions do not confer any right to regularization or absorption into government service, and candidates will receive fixed pay as approved for the post.

Key Responsibilities

• Office Secretary: Typing in Urdu & English (40 wpm) and general computer knowledge.

• Computer Assistant: Typing in English and Urdu (30 wpm).

• Driver: Driving duties requiring valid HTV/LTV license.

• Admin & Finance Assistant: Typing in Urdu & English (30 wpm).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Director/Deputy Director Levels: MS or BS Degree in Transportation Engineering or equivalent qualification with relevant experience (5-8 years).

• Assistant Director Levels: BS Degree in Transportation/Traffic Engineering or Master’s Degree in Public Administration/Project Management/Business Administration.

• Sub-Engineer/Surveyor: 3 years Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil/Traffic/Transportation Technology) or Certificate in land surveying (for Surveyor).

• Support Staff: HSSC, Middle, or Literate status depending on the post.

NOTES / TERMS & CONDITIONS

• For posts BPS-01 to BPS-04, only interviews will be conducted.

• No TA/DA is admissible.
