Bank of Khyber is seeking experienced and motivated professionals for three key leadership positions: Head Consumer Banking Division, Regional Head – Retail Banking, and Regional Head – Corporate & Investment Banking South. These roles offer the opportunity to work in a leading financial institution with a strong technology platform.

• Head Consumer Banking Division: This role focuses on developing and executing consumer banking sales growth strategies, aligning them with Shariah governance, and leading product and sales teams. A minimum of 15 years of experience in consumer banking/retail banking is required, with preference given to candidates with Islamic banking experience.
• Regional Head – Retail Banking: This position involves leading and supervising Area and Branch Managers across Central, Southern, and Islamabad/Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara regions. Responsibilities include managing liability and consumer asset targets, ensuring compliance, and improving customer service. A minimum of 10 years of commercial banking experience is required, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Regional Head – Corporate & Investment Banking South: This role focuses on reviewing credit proposals, managing credit portfolios, and coordinating with the head office on corporate banking strategies. A minimum of 10 years of commercial banking experience, including 5 years in corporate/commercial/retail lending, is required.

All positions require a minimum of graduation, with preference given to master’s degree holders. Candidates with experience in Shariah-compliant banking are highly desired. The positions are based in Peshawar, Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, depending on the role.
