Key Responsibilities

• Performing administrative and clerical tasks within the District Court.

• Managing computer data entry and processing for court records.

• Recording shorthand dictations and performing English typing tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Assistant: Bachelor’s degree (BA/B.Sc) or equivalent from a recognized university.

• Computer Operator: M.Sc Computer Science/IT or BCS/BIT or equivalent.

• Stenotypist: Intermediate qualification with shorthand speed of 50 wpm and English typing speed of 35 wpm.

• Junior Clerk: Matric or equivalent with a typing speed of 30 wpm.

• Driver: Middle pass with a valid HTV/LTV license and relevant experience.

• Support Staff (Sr. 6-9): Literate/Primary pass candidates preferred.

• Age Limits:

  • Post 1 to 4: 18 to 30 years.

  • Post 5: 30 to 45 years.

  • Post 6, 8, 9: 18 to 40 years.

  • Post 7: 25 to 40 years.
