• Education: At least 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university/institution.

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of administrative and organizational experience. At least 10 years of this experience must be in a government department in BPS-17 or above.

• Alternative Experience: 10 years of experience in high-level administrative, governance, or regulatory roles.

• Knowledge: Proficiency in HEC policies and regulatory frameworks.

• Age Limit: Maximum 57 years.
