Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement region-specific strategies for recovery of the bank portfolio.

• Supervise field teams and ensure timely follow-up on defaulted accounts.

• Monitor overdue accounts and initiate timely recovery actions as per regulatory and bank guidelines.

• Proactively identify and assess risks associated with delinquent accounts.

• Coordinate with legal for cases under litigation, including recovery through courts or other legal means.

• Liaise with local administration and law enforcement agencies.

• Train and build capacity among branch staff on recovery procedures and early warning systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International).

• Experience: Minimum 08 to 10 years’ experience in Bank/Financial Institution depending on the post.

• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

• Age Limit: Maximum age limit for SVP-I/SVP is 55 years, VP-I/VP is 50 years, and AVP-I/AVP is 45 years as on closing date.
