• Finance: Budgeting, financial planning, internal controls, statutory audits, and taxation.

• Legal: Litigation management, legal drafting, preparation of written statements, and handling property disputes.

• Engineering: Project execution, site supervision, quality control, and coordination with consultants and utility agencies (LESCO/WAPDA).

• Horticulture: Landscaping, plantation, green belt development, and park maintenance.

• Human Resources: Recruitment, promotions, performance appraisal systems, and manpower planning.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Finance Roles: CA (Final) / CA Qualified or MBA Finance / M.Com with relevant experience in ERP-based financial systems.

• Legal Roles: LLB / LLM with practicing experience before High Courts and expertise in corporate/property laws.

• Engineering Roles: BSc / MSc in Civil or Electrical Engineering with 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Horticulture Role: MSc in Horticulture or Agriculture with 5 years of landscaping experience.

• HR Role: MBA (HRM) or equivalent with experience in HR operations and service regulations.

• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years for all positions.
