• Quota: Quotas are reserved for Women, Disabled/Special Persons, Minorities, and retired employees’ children as per government rules.

• Special Quota: Candidates with a disability must submit a CNIC displaying a wheelchair logo issued by NADRA and a valid Disability Certificate.

• Age Relaxation: Government servants who have served for at least three years in the Federation or Province of Sindh will receive an age relaxation of 15 years (making the upper age limit 30).

• NTS Test: A written/skill/typing/shorthand test will be conducted by the District Selection Committee (DSC) of District and Sessions Court, Matiari, through NTS.

• Date Sheet: The date sheet for the initial test and results will be announced on the NTS website and the official website of the District & Sessions Judge, Matiari.

• Final Interview: The final interview will be conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC).

• Shortlisting: Only short-listed candidates who pass the NTS test/interview will be called for the final interview.

• Vacancies Change: The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased.

• No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid for appearing in the test/interview.

• Final Decision: The decision of the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) shall be final.
