Possession of CNIC/B-Form/Juvenile (Smart National Identity Card) is mandatory for students aged 18 and above at the time of admission.

For aged below 18, Form-B/Juvenile (Smart National Identity Card) is mandatory.

Candidates must submit their desired Colleges of Nursing for admission; choices cannot be changed/added once the application is submitted.

The candidate must fulfill the admission and selection criteria of the respective college, selected in the online application.

Candidates with foreign qualifications (O/A Levels, etc.) must upload the IBCC Equivalence Certificate at the time of online application submission; otherwise, their application will be rejected.

The sole responsibility lies with the candidate to submit a complete application along with the required documents. Incomplete applications will be rejected without intimation.

Once submitted, the online application cannot be charged.

Any provisional admission will be cancelled if a student’s credentials cannot be verified.
