Key Responsibilities

Operations & Management: Overseeing institutional strengthening, project development, appraisals, and financial oversight.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Senior Manager: At least sixteen years degree in Economics, Public Administration, Development Economics, or Business Economics. Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and management.

Project Executive: At least sixteen years degree in Agriculture. Minimum 10 years of experience including 08 years in mechanized silage production.

Manager (Agriculture): At least sixteen years degree in Agriculture. Minimum 05 years of experience in crop planning and large-scale agricultural operations.

Dairy Manager: DVM degree. Minimum 05 years of experience in dairy herd management and milk production optimization.

Assistant Accountant: BA/ B. Com degree. Minimum 03 years of experience in accounts and admin matters.
