Key Responsibilities
-
Managing installation, operation, and maintenance activities of Electronics Special System, including airport terminal systems, security systems, navigational aids, and communication systems.

Handling high-value procurements, vendor management, and contract negotiations, including import-related procurement/sourcing.

Conducting airside safety inspections and audits for evaluating compliance with SOPs and safety practices.

Managing HR functions, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, payroll management, employee relations, and performance management.

Handling airport electronics systems i.e., navigation equipment, CCTV, fire alarm systems, and IT network administration.
Required Qualifications & Skills

B.Sc Electronics Engineering / B.Sc Electrical (Electronics) Engineering / B.Sc Telecommunication Engineering (Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council).

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Preferably in Supply Chain Management) from an HEC recognized Institute/University.

Bachelor, preferably Master’s degree from an HEC recognized Institute/University in Safety (Occupational Health & Safety, Health, Safety & Environment or Aviation Safety).

BBA (HRM) / MBA (HRM) from an HEC recognized Institute/University.

Minimum DAE Electronics or B.Tech Electronics (Pass/Hons).

Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems.
