Key Responsibilities

• Deposit mobilization through portfolio management, referrals & cross sell.

• Build pipeline on regular basis and deepen existing relationships, identify new avenues.

• Make proactive calls to existing and prospective customers.

• Ensure Compliance requirements are strictly observed and followed.

• Ensure delivery of great client experience and timely resolution of client complaints.

• Provide clients with product information and recommend right products and solutions.

• Coordination with inter and intra departments to facilitate customers in account opening.

• Closure of FCCM alerts, Review of High Risk accounts, Name Screening, Biometric Verification.

• Manage client traffic throughout the day by acknowledging & greeting them.

• Issuance of SOA, Balance confirmation certificate, arrangement of WHT Deduction certificate from customer.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent degree from HEC recognized local/foreign university.

• For Personal Banker (PB), minimum two (02) years relevant experience is mandatory.

• For CSO/PBO/PBO-IBW, fresh graduates may apply; however, applicants having one year of relevant experience will have an advantage.
