Key Responsibilities

• Conducting academic lectures, research projects, and contributing to the university’s research output for Associate and Assistant Professors.

• Managing departmental administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with HEC standards.

• Handling university registration, financial auditing, and examination control duties for non-teaching administrative roles.

• Managing mosque duties (Imam) and general maintenance and cleaning (Khadim Masjid).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Associate Professor: Ph.D. in relevant field with 10 years teaching/research experience and 10 research publications.

• Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from an HEC recognized institute.

• Lecturer: MS or M.Phil (first division) in the relevant field. No third division in academic career allowed.

• Administrative Posts: MS/M.Phil or Master’s/Professional degrees (MBA, M.Com, ACCA, ACMA) with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

• Imam: Sanad Dars-e-Nizami or Sanad Fazil-e-Arabi and proficiency in Qirat.

• Khadim Masjid: Literate.
