The Government of Balochistan, Communications, Works, Physical Planning & Housing Department (CWPP&H) is inviting applications from dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professionals. The department is hiring for the position of Project Director (PPS-9) on a contract basis for the specific development project titled “Construction of 110 Km Road Chedagi Iran Border to Panjgur”.

The selected candidate will be responsible for effective monitoring to prevent time and cost overruns, establishing procedures for progress review, and managing the project lifecycle. This role requires a professional with a B.E. (Civil) degree and significant experience in infrastructure development and project management. The initial contract is for two years, extendable based on performance.

Terms and Conditions / Important Notes

• Age Limit: Minimum 35 years and maximum 62 years of age on the date of appointment.

• Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in infrastructure development with demonstrable experience in project management/implementation, particularly in public sector project planning and management processes.

• Tenure: Initially for two (02) years, extendable on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements.

• Salary: As per PPS-9, in accordance with Finance Division regulations.

• Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The date of the interview will be communicated subsequently.

• Allowances: No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
