The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) is seeking the services of an experienced Project Manager (Building) to oversee the construction of its office building located in G-10/4, Mauve Area, Islamabad. This is a single-position opportunity for a highly qualified professional.

The successful candidate must be a Graduate Civil Engineer, duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Essential requirements include possessing a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in building and construction works, specifically with Government, Semi-Government, or reputable Private/Public Sector organizations. Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in managing and executing large-scale or mega projects in the public sector.

The role is initially for a two-year contract period, which is extendable and subject to satisfactory performance. The Project Manager will act as the Employer’s Representative, managing all aspects of the project from coordination, procurement, quality assurance, billing, record-keeping, to final completion and handover. The maximum age limit for this position is 50 years.
