The Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Large Taxpayers Office, Karachi (FBR), is inviting applications for the Hiring of Advocates. These positions are for Individual Consultants who will serve as Legal Advisors for the Regional Directorates of Law (IRS-FBR).
The FBR aims to strengthen its legal operations by engaging these advisors to assist its Directorates. The selected Advocates will be responsible for assisting in legal submissions, conducting research on complex tax matters, reviewing and advising on notices, and supporting FBR officials in litigation and risk management. Terms and Conditions
- Remuneration: Monthly remuneration will be in the range of PKR 300,000/-, based on qualifications and experience.
- Contract: The engagement will be on a full-time, contractual basis for a one-year period, which is extendable based on performance and requirement.
- Interview: Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be issued interview call letters.
- Application Status: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Documentation: Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
- Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of Panel Advocates or cancel the hiring process at any time.
