Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all financial activities of the organization.
- Developing and implementing financial strategies.
- Managing financial planning and analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and reporting standards, tax regulations, and commercial laws.

Required Qualifications:
- Membership in a recognized body of professional accountants.
- Minimum of 13 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management role.
- Experience in a large commercial or public sector organization, preferably in the energy sector, with total assets of PKR five billion or more.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant accounting and reporting standards, taxation, compliance requirements, and commercial law.
