The organization is currently seeking dedicated and qualified individuals for the role of UC Supervisor to help maintain a clean and sustainable environment in the city.

These positions are offered on a contractual basis with a fixed monthly salary. A total of 20 vacancies are available for candidates who meet the specified educational and experience criteria.

The primary purpose of this recruitment is to hire supervisors capable of managing workers and labor while overseeing solid waste management operations at the Union Council level.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing workers and labor in the field.

• Supervising solid waste management operations within assigned Union Councils.

• Ensuring logistics and management tasks related to waste disposal are carried out effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum Graduation (14 Years of education).

• Experience: Preference for two (02) years of experience in Business Administration, Public Administration, Logistics, Management, or Solid Waste Management.

• Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in managing workers/labour.

• Certification: Preference for candidates holding a Diploma of “Sanitary Inspector”.

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.

• Domicile: Preference will be given to candidates having a domicile of Lahore.
