The Livestock and Dairy Development Department (Extension) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has announced new job opportunities under the project “Conservation and Promotion of Indigenous Sheep and Goat Breeds of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.” This project aims to enhance and protect local livestock breeds across various divisions of the province.

These positions are project-based and offered on a temporary/contractual basis for the duration of the project. The hiring is being conducted through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) to ensure a merit-based selection process for qualified candidates domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including merged districts).

Key Responsibilities

• Junior Clerk: Provide administrative support, maintain records, and perform typing tasks at a speed of at least 30 words per minute.

• Veterinary Assistant: Provide technical assistance in livestock management and support project field activities across assigned divisions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Junior Clerk: Intermediate certificate from a recognized board and a typing speed of 30 wpm.

• Veterinary Assistant: Matric certificate (Science) plus a 2 or 3-year Veterinary Assistant Course certificate from a recognized veterinary training institute.

• Age Limit: 18 to 32 years for both positions.

• Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including merged districts).
