Key Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, management, and maintenance of nationwide WAN connectivity.

• Maintain technical documentation including RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, and network diagrams.

• Monitor network devices, servers, and links using NOC tools like SolarWinds and Nagios.

• Coordinate with ISPs for bandwidth management, link provisioning, and fault resolution.

• Operate P2P, DRS, and 3G/4G connectivity links nationwide.

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues as per SOPs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s (4 Years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, or Software Engineering.

• Technical Diploma: DAE in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or relevant field for Senior Executive roles.

• Attestation: All degrees must be attested by HEC or the relevant board.

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in networking, system administration, or NOC operations.

• Preferred Skills: MSCE, MCP, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or HCIA certifications.

• Knowledge: Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, PKI, MS Exchange Server, and network monitoring tools.
