• Education: Master’s degree (16 years education) in Arts/Science with a second division from an HEC-recognized university. Higher qualifications will be preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of five (05) years of relevant post-qualification experience as Principal, Vice Principal, or Head Mistress in any reputable English Medium Secondary School.

• Skills: Must have excellent communication, presentation, public relations, and interpersonal skills. Must also have the ability to manage active and effective communication with students, parents, the general public, and the media.

• Age Limit: Up to 55 years.

• Pay Package: Rs. 70,000 – 75,000 (all-inclusive, per month).

• Employment Nature: Contractual appointment initially for a period of two (02) years, extendable for a further period subject to satisfactory academic and financial performance of the institution.
