KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deposit mobilization through portfolio management, referrals, and cross-selling.

Build a pipeline on a regular basis and deepen existing relationships.

Proactive calls to existing and prospective customers.

Ensure compliance requirements are strictly observed and followed.

Timely resolution of client complaints and delivery of great client experience.

Coordination with departments for account opening and biometric verification.

Closure of FCCM alerts and review of high-risk accounts.

Issuance of SOA, balance confirmation certificates, and WHT deduction certificates.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Minimum Graduation or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local or foreign university.

For Personal Banker (PB): Minimum two (02) years of relevant experience is mandatory.

For CSO / PBO / PBO-IBW: Fresh graduates may apply; however, one year of relevant experience will be an advantage.

Knowledge of transaction monitoring queries and name screening for non-financial transactions.
