• Ph.D., Master’s/M.Phil, or LLM/LLB with Master’s degree from HEC recognized universities.

• Expertise in Public Policy, Development, Economics, Political Economy, Strategic Studies, or International Law.

• Experience in non-traditional security areas, policy research, and legal analysis.

• Post-qualification experience ranging from 03 to 18 years depending on the specific post and degree level.
