The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) is inviting applications from suitable, qualified, and experienced professionals to serve in Pakistan Railways. The current opening is for the post of Advisor/Executive Director (Business Planning) in the MP-I scale. While the post is associated with the Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office in Lahore, the actual place of posting can be anywhere in Pakistan, with a preference for Islamabad.

The appointment will be strictly on a contract basis. The initial contract period is for three (03) years, which is further extendable for a maximum period of two (02) years on a yearly basis, strictly subject to satisfactory performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Ph.D in relevant subject(s) from an HEC recognized university with 07 years of professional experience in the relevant field.

• OR Masters in relevant subject(s) (such as MBA / CA / M.Com, etc.) from an HEC recognized university with 09 years of experience in the relevant field.
