Key Responsibilities
-
Coaching & Training: Provide expert athletic instructions, technical physical training, and fitness coaching for specific sports departments.

Complex Management: Undertake routine administrative duties, IT operations, facilities marketing, and maintenance tasks as assigned by the senior management.

Safety & Upkeep: Ensure physical safety at pools and gym floors (for Lifeguards/Coaches) and maintain functional operations of electronic, electrical, and facility hardware (for Technicians, Electricians, and Caretakers).
Required Qualifications & Skills

Management Posts (Sr. 1-3): 14 to 16 years of education (Graduation, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering) with 3 to 8 years of relevant field experience.

Coaching Personnel (Sr. 4-15): Graduation, Bachelor’s degree in Sports Sciences/Physical Education/Nutrition, or Intermediate/Matric qualification alongside University, District, Provincial, National, or International level player exposure and relevant certifications.

Technical & Support Staff (Sr. 16-26): Literate, Middle, Matric, or Diploma holders in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil disciplines with relevant practical experience ranging from 1 to 10 years depending on the post.
