Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, implement, and track milestones of the Prime Minister’s development scheme supporting youth with physical challenges.

• Manage day-to-day office administrative data, prepare documentation using MS Office tools, and handle project coordination tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Project Manager (PPS-8): Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) Degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized university/institution. Five years of relevant experience in Public/Private sector organizations of good repute, including three years of experience at a managerial/supervisory level. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is compulsory. Max age: 50 years.

• Office Assistant (PPS-5): Graduation (14 years) (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized university/institution with two years of work experience in public/private sector organizations of good repute. Advanced use of MS Office is a must. Max age: 40 years.

• Attendant (PPS-1): Matric with one year of relevant experience. Max age: 35 years.
