The Research and Development Foundation (RDF), in collaboration with Welthungerhilfe (WHH), is looking for a qualified and motivated Project Manager to lead the implementation of its flagship Skills Up Project. This is a multi-district initiative focused on youth skills development, vocational training, green skills, employability, and enterprise promotion in close collaboration with TEVTA.

The selected candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and reporting of the project, ensuring the timely delivery of vocational training and employability activities. The role requires strong coordination with government bodies, the private sector, and civil society partners, as well as managing project teams.
