Tenure Conditions

All appointments are made on merit; however, quotas for women, minorities, and disabled persons are observed per government policy.

Appointments are on a three-year contract, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

Existing regular employees may switch to tenure posts under the approved package if they resign from their regular post.

These are non-transferable posts; candidates must serve at the designated place of appointment.
