Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Anti Narcotics Force in the High Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan (Quetta Registry).

• Conduct prosecution of cases related to the Control of Narcotic Substances (CNS) Act in the Makran Division.

• Provide legal counsel and manage litigation on behalf of RD ANF Balochistan.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• For High Court/Supreme Court Post: Advocate with preferably at least 05 years of experience after enrollment with the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

• For CNS Court Makran Div Post: Must hold a license as an Advocate of the High Court. Preference for those with 05 years of experience.

• Candidates for the Gwadar post should preferably be residents of District Gwadar or adjoining districts.

• Education includes BA, LLB, or LLM as per the prescribed application form.
