• Sub Engineer (Civil): B.E. Graduate (Civil) from an HEC recognized university OR 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (Civil) from Sindh Board of Technical Education OR B.Tech (Hons) (Civil) from an HEC recognized university.

• Junior Clerk: Intermediate from a recognized university/board with at least 2nd Division.

• Technical Skills (Junior Clerk): 6-month MS Office course from an SBTE recognized institute and typing speed of 30-35 words per minute in English.

• Test Requirement: Candidates must have cleared the screening test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks in the relevant category.
