Key Responsibilities

As per advertisement. (Involves teaching, high-level academic research, publication output, and professional farm management depending on the respective applied post).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Professors (BPS-21): Ph.D. degree in the relevant field recognized by HEC in consultation with PEC (where applicable). 15 years teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or post-graduate institution or professional experience, OR 10-years post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience. Minimum 15 research publications (with at least 5 in the last five years) in HEC/PEC recognized journals.

• Associate Professors (BPS-20): Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution. 10-years teaching/research experience, OR 5-Years post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience. Minimum 10 research publications (with at least 4 in the last five years) in HEC/PEC recognized journals.

• Assistant Professor (BPS-19): Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.

• Farm Managers (BPS-17): 1st Class Master’s degree or equivalent awarded after 16 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institute with no 3rd division in the academic career. Candidates with higher degrees (M.Phil / Ph.D.) will be considered. PLUS 02 years of experience in Farm Management.
