Required Qualifications & Skills

• Librarian: Graduate or equivalent with a One Year Diploma in Library Sciences.

• Elementary School Teacher: Bachelor’s (4 years) degree or equivalent (2nd Class or Grade C).

• Assistant Librarian: Matric with a Certificate in Library Sciences.

• Assistant: Graduation with a mandatory 6-week basic IT Training Course from NITB.

• Clerical Posts (UDC/LDC): Intermediate/Matric with specific typing speeds (30-40 WPM) and mandatory NITB IT training.

• Driver: Primary pass with a valid HTV/LTV license and knowledge of traffic rules.

• Specialized Roles: Associate Degree or Diploma in Drawing/Fine Arts or Dress Making for specific school roles.
