Notes / Terms & Conditions

• Candidates must possess a local/domicile of Sibi Division (Sibi, Ziarat, Harnai, or Dera Bugti).

• The age limit is between 18 and 30 years. Age relaxation will be provided according to the prevailing laws of the Government of Balochistan.

• Quotas for minorities, women, and disabled persons are allocated as per the Government of Balochistan’s notifications.

• The number of advertised vacancies can be increased or decreased.

• The Chairman / Commissioner Sibi Division holds the authority to cancel any or all vacancies without assigning a reason.

• Candidates already in government service should submit their applications through their respective departments.

• If permanent Patwaris are appointed under government policy, these temporary appointments will be subject to cancellation.

• No TA/DA will be granted to candidates appearing for the interview.

• Candidates will not be made permanent under any circumstances, as the appointment is strictly for a period of 6 months.

• Appointed Patwaris can be posted in any district within the Sibi Division.
