1. Middle Management Position – Procurement and Services (Goods): This role focuses on developing procurement strategies, managing tendering processes (including RFQs, ITBs, RFPs), negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations (like PPRA), managing supplier relationships, and overseeing timely payments. The candidate will manage the entire procurement cycle for goods.
2. Middle Management Position – Procurement & Services (Works): This position is similar to the Goods role but focuses specifically on the procurement of works. Responsibilities include planning and strategizing procurement for works, managing bidding processes, contract negotiation and management, ensuring compliance with relevant rules (PPRA), handling variations and claims, and coordinating site visits.
3. Junior Management Position – Procurement & Services: This role supports the procurement team by preparing bidding documents, managing contract execution, ensuring compliance under supervision, assisting with bid evaluations, handling pre-qualification processes, and maintaining procurement records.
