Pakistan Railways is seeking qualified professionals for engagement in the Directorate of Land Management Headquarters Office, Lahore. The hiring is for multiple categories, including Manager Property and Land, Manager Legal, Manager Contract, GIS Specialists, Land Inspectors, and Assistant Managers across different disciplines. All these positions are strictly on a contract basis. The initial contract period is for one year, which may be extendable for a further period subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Mapping of lands, cartography, geo-referencing, spatial analysis, analyzing revenue record, and maintaining/creating geo data base (specifically for GIS roles).

• Other duties as per standard operational requirements of the respective technical and administrative positions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in relevant fields including Civil Engineering (with PEC registration), Law (LLB/LLM), Business Administration (Marketing/Finance), Urban Planning, City & Regional Planning, or Geographical Information System (GIS).

• Three Years Diploma DAE (Civil) recognized by the Board of Technical Institutions.

• Retired officials (Deputy Director/Assistant Director/Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar/Qanoongo Revenue) and Ex-Army Officers (up to the rank of Subedar Major) for specific revenue and anti-encroachment roles.

• Relevant post-qualification experience ranging from 3 to 15 years, depending strictly on the requirements of each post as detailed in the advertisement.
