Required Qualifications & Skills

District Manager: BS-17/18 officer of CSS/BCS (BSS, Ex-BCS) cadres, preferably with 2 years’ service in government, or Master’s in Social Science, Executive MBA, MPH, MBBS or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience.

Legal Advisor: LL.B. from a recognized university, preferably LL.M., with valid enrollment/licensure with the relevant Bar Council and right to practice law, plus 5-10 years of relevant experience.

SRH Coordinator: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Nursing, Medicine, Social Sciences, or a related field, along with relevant experience in SRH programs, health project coordination, and community health initiatives.

Regional MNCH Coordinator: MBBS from a recognized institution with valid PMDC registration. Preference given to candidates with postgraduate qualification in Public Health (MPH/MCPS/FCPS Community Medicine or equivalent) with relevant experience in MNCH.

Media Consultant: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Digital Media, Social Sciences, or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills required.

Data & Monitoring Officer: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, MBA, MBBS, or equivalent with 2 years of relevant field experience.

Admin Officer: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Public Administration, Commerce, or equivalent with 2 years of relevant field experience.

Audit Officer: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ACCA, CA/ACCA finalist, MBA, M.Com, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field. Candidates must have relevant experience in auditing, accounting, risk management, or financial control.

Finance Officer: MBA Finance, M.Com, BBA (Finance) with 2 years of relevant experience in Finance.

M&E Officer: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, MBA, MBBS, or equivalent with 2 years of relevant field experience.

DHIS Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Health, Social Sciences, Health Informatics, or equivalent. Relevant experience in health information systems and data management is preferred.

Sub Engineer: BE (Civil Engineering) or equivalent degree/diploma; 3 years of experience in execution of Civil works/development projects, estimation, preparation of BOQs, and command over construction practices.

Data Entry Operator / IT Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Experience in data entry, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT support, or system administration preferred.

Office Assistant: Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or a related discipline.

Social Organizers: Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or a related discipline.

Driver: Literate; must possess a valid driving license (LTV/HTV as required) and basic knowledge of road signs and traffic regulations.

Class IV (Support Staff): Candidates must be literate, and preference will be given to those with prior work experience. Candidates should belong to the same catchment population.

The positions will be filled purely on a temporary basis under the control and management of PPHI-B for one year initially, extendable on an annual performance report.

Applicants must be between 18 and 50 years of age.

Applicants holding local domicile shall be given preference.

Only the short-listed candidates will be called for the written test & interview on a date and time to be communicated.

On detailed scrutiny of documents, if found ineligible, his/her candidature will be rejected.

No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the test/interview.

The Company reserves the right to amend/cancel the hiring process or the number of posts at any stage.
