Key Responsibilities

Assist in imports related activities and fund management for petroleum sector transactions.

Ensure timely posting of payment vouchers within the company ERP system.

Review and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flows for the organization.

Maintain a database of potential lending institutions and prepare financial charge schedules for existing loans.

Prepare MIS reports pertaining to the utilization of funds and management of bank accounts.

Coordinate the management of Imprest cash facilities for field offices and verify expenditure accuracy.

Ensure timely payment of bills and resolve issues related to payment postings or refunds.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification: MBA (minimum 1 to 2 years experience) or M.Com (minimum 2 to 5 years experience) depending on the specific post.

Sector Experience: Mandatory experience in the Oil and Gas Sector for most positions.

Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with Treasury Functions, fund management, and PPRA rules and regulations.
